Returns Policy

We offer a no-hassle returns policy up to 30 days from the day of purchase. Any returned pieces must be unworn and undamaged, complete with the original packaging intact.

Simply contact us using the Contact page within 30 days of purchase, and we will be happy to guide you on how to return the item. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Each piece is inspected by eye before it leaves our stock room. But, if your item arrives damaged, you must let us know within 3 days of receiving it and we will advise you accordingly. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where an item has been damaged after it has been received, whether physcially (e.g. by dropping, scratching, crushing, pulling, etc.), chemically (e.g. by perfume, cleaning materials, etc.) or damaged by any other means.

All our jewellery is made from high quality, nickel-free sterling silver, with some pieces also plated with 18ct yellow gold or rose gold. All precious metals must be treated with great care to help ensure that they last and look their best throughout their lifetime. Please note that the plating on all gold-plated jewellery will eventually wear off, and that this is part of normal wear and tear. To help minimise this, we recommend cleaning gold-plated jewellery in an ultrasonic cleaner, using the minimum amount of abrasion possible at all times.
